Chevrolet EV: Charging Hub
Our team partnered with a 3rd party agency to create Chevrolet’s “Charging Hub,” a resource to educate prospective EV buyers. Based on research, we identified key user priorities and improved the experience by centralizing GM’s EV resources, implementing progressive disclosure, and delivering a fresh visual design. In doing so, we helped customers feel confident in making the switch to a Chevrolet EV.
